Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Reiki Renascence Sun, we value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To ensure the best experience for all clients and students, please review the following policy.
 
Reiki Sessions
Rescheduling
Individual Reiki sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Reiki Session Packages
Session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are intended to support ongoing healing and transformation.

• Package purchases are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.

• Unused sessions may be transferred to another date within the package validity period.

• Package sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being deducted from the package.

Package sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

Reiki Classes & Certifications
Due to limited class sizes and advance preparation required, the following cancellation policy applies to Reiki training programs and certification classes.

Student Cancellation

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the class date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable.

Transfers
Students who are unable to attend may request a transfer to a future class date, subject to availability and instructor approval.
Class Cancellation by Reiki Renascence Sun
If a class must be cancelled or rescheduled by Reiki Renascence Sun, students will be offered the option to transfer to a future class or receive a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Requests related to emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
