Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Individual Reiki sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
